My first on here, comments welcome. Made in PS CS2, should be translatable I believe?
Other similar results:
#1. Crop, sharpen etc your image and set a duplicate to screen if needs be. I started with the above.
#2. Duplicate original image and set to colour burn 42%.
#3. Duplicate original and set to screen 15%.
#4. Duplicate original and set to soft light 15%.

#5. New layer, fill with #dca809. Multiply 33%.
#6. New layer, fill with #dc6d09. Multiply 20%.
#7. New layer, fill with #030643 or another darkish blue. Exclusion 31%.
#8. New layer, fill with #0b95ae. Lighten 15%.
#9. New layer, fill with #e9c70c. Multiply or Darken, 11%.
#10. New layer, fill with a medium dark grey and set to lighten 100%, or lower if necessary. You can also alter the lightness of the grey if you like.
#11. New layer, fill with black. Soft Light, 15%.
#12. New layer, Image>Apply Image (shft+ctrl+alt+e). Screen 26%.
And you're done. Feel free to add text/borders/sharpen etc if you like.
